Neo-9 is wrong

there's a guy that knows about it ( check the downloads section of www.fifa2000.net, under promoted teams )... but I think He is making a big secret since no one wants to tell about it...
don't know why but I think its unfair. At least he was able to promote Blackburn Rovers to the FA Premier, and for that I must be thankfull

Yeah, it's the same story like the G2 Stadium-secret last year.. I really hope there is a someone like Simon Goodwin (Sigo) who wants to share this secret with us http://www.soccergaming.com/ubb/smile.gif

Sorry, really don't think there is anyone that has figured that out yet. But I'm not sure. We can always hope!
