I got pes4 and it looks like great game. but i can't figure out what settings should i use. i have the annoying vertical line and i want to remove it also want the game will run smoother...

my specs:
p4 2.4ghz, 512mb ram
GeForce ti4200 128mb.

also, i've downloaded riva tuner but i don't know what to do with it so much... can someone write me some step by step things to make my game looks better??
