how can I use the mose to play the game?

A mouse? Whoa buddy, it would be impossible to play fifa2000 with a mouse. there is to many buttons.
If your mouse isn't working when you try to choose your game settings, it might be a problem with your mouse.
Check if its plugged in properly and that nothing is broken. Go to your mouse settings and see if there is a problem. Thats all I can think about.

Don't think that's possible - if there isn't a patch or something...
But who wants to play with the mouse? You?
Because playing with the mouse would be impossible to me.
