I hope after 2004, euro2004 and fifa 2005 EA will build a completly new graphic engine ;) what about shader effects.. :D many things possible... so you need a good GPU and not a gf4mx (H)

For some reason i think that the minimun specs won't be too different from FIFA 2005, if not at least i think that between the minimun requirements it'd still say 32mb graphics card.

nowadays game requirement lots of ram :( but strongly recommend that you need at least 512DDR to run game smoothly. of course you need a better looking graphic card ;)

I think gameplay is more important than graphics. And PES4's graphics aren't the worst I have seen. FIFA's gameplay always sucks many more times. PES-series is the best football game series ever made. You can't argue about that. PES vs FIFA forum is vain because you know the answer. By buying PES you will get most of out from your money, but by buying FIFA you just waste it. They just cannot be compared.

OK, I admit that there are some bugs in PES4 like when computer shoots low, the keeper just stands and looks it. There were even goals made like this when ball bounced from post to the net, but still...

EA SPORTS: :f***: go and smell a long ****

This really gone out of topic (:/)

i guess the requirements wont be much different from 2005 but it would probably need more RAM. 512MB should be fine. Maybe the VRAM will increase to 64MB....

Anyways i am enjoying 2005 very much with my pc. But damn,my pc wont play Underground 2 properly as i have Geforce4 MX 128MB (:/)

Geforce4 MX? MX-versions are cheap but poor. That's why NFSU2 doesn't work fine with you.

well i had a really tight budget....but the card is good. It has served me well. I am playing U2 on lower detail and its satisfactory.

They have improved the sound a lot. Playing on the PS2 was gr8 but u must have a good sound system to enjoy the game to the fullest. :p

i have a feeling though that the pc specs of fifa 06 will be the same as uefa champ. league since they won't have enough time developing a new graphics engine and keeping the same as fifa 05 will be more time saving and economical. They'll just update some few graphic glitches

goal_machine84
25-12-2004, 12:16:PM
yeah...they would probably that

proxnet
25-12-2004, 01:30:PM
yup unless they decide to make a new game engine

proxnet
27-12-2004, 11:52:AM
i think that they will update only the following:-

1) New Kits of course

2)New Faces

3)Ad Board's

4) New Stadiums (like the new arsenal stadium)

5) Some graphic glithces

so the specs will be the same i feel as there weren't any gr8 graphic improvements in Cl 04-05..they just made the feel of the graphics look better

goal_machine84
03-01-2005, 01:00:PM
i agree but dont u think they should have more refs like in 2003?

after thinking for some time i think i've figured out the pc specs of fifa 2006...they'll be the same as ucl game since ea have to make 2 fifa's this yr. so they will not have time for developing better graphics or anything like that..only the gameplay might be improved a bit.

What do u think ppl.???

Shuttle AN35/N Nforce 2 Motherboard
AMD Athlon XP 2500+ OC'd @ 2.2 Ghz (3200+) 400 FSB x 11 Multiplier
1 GB dual channel pc2700 DDR OC'd @ 400Mhz (pc3200)
Radeon 9500 Pro OC'd @ 351core and 618 mem (faster than 9700 speeds)
Sound Blaster Audigy X gamer (wish I could overclock this just for the hell of it)
30, 40, and 160 GB UDMA 133 HDD's

Even when I cut all overclocking and run at normal speeds, PES seems to run smoother and load faster.

Before anyone says it, no im not showing off my system, I was asked for the specs so I gave them.

Also, remember that if you are using an onboard sound card, than that can slow the game down. Using high quality sound settings with a not so high quality sound card can degrade performance.
