Okay, I am a FIFA convert and a PES newbie. This is my first PES experience so bare with me.

Tell me PES4 has these options...

You know, where you can send a man into space then pass the ball into his path? Or identify an open man down field?

I'm truely liking PES4!!! Cool gameplay, better player control, tougher/varied goalscoring options.

Anyway, any help is appreciated.

Yes. PES4 have this option. Just go to the formation settings. Click indivual and put the players u want with an attacking arrow.
U can also press L2+R1 to change the attacking/defensive bar.

Cool! So, by setting those players with the attack arrow, do they always automatically run to space?

Yup. The full backs always will make an overlapping run. Just try holding the ball for awhile, and u will see them running into space.

Yeah it's cool and when they are offside you can wait a bit longer than they run back to the line and start over again so you can do some super special ****;)

you can force them to run by passing to him, pass back and press R2
or L1+x, then pass to guy who will start to run on goal

but there is not pure "let attacker run" button like in fifa

ya, you can also do one-twos without the two ;)

just hold L1 when you pass and the guy who just passed will start a run.
I use this a lot in the opponents attacking zone. i don't always pass it right away so it's a great way to create space

also it helps if you use a guy with playmaker skills and hight teamwork skills.
