when go to fifa2000.net downloads it shows me updates from the 28th. But in the fifa2000.net main page under the 29th it says a lot of updates today. So where those updates from 28th or 29th? Or do i have anything wrong with my computer?

You have four different people working at that site. One person uploaded the files in the downloads section. Another reported on it a little while later.

Also keep in mind that the time on the sites automatically changes and is set with England time. So I could be in the middle of updating at 7pm my time and the day changes on the site.

Ric also what is the date in England right now, in here it's the 30th.

England is five hours ahead of the Eastern Time Zone.

So for me, at 7pm in the evening, it is midnight in England.
