i've installed only the french menu of pes 4 and as it seems the backgrounds in wolf's patch are in the e_text.afs. Do i have to reinstall the game or is there any other solution?

try change Wolf's e_text.afs to f_text.afs

I renamed it and the menu is in english, but there's no new backgrounds. those made by FCH aren't in wolf's patch?

I also notice that ! I would like some new backgrounds - when ther are ready of coursse !;)
