I've just spent about 4 days downloading The Wolf Furry Evolution Patch 1.0 - PES4 PC.rar and in the text file it says to:

- Copy 'folder1' to the c:/Program Files/KONAMI/Pro Evolution Soccer 4/save folder.

Now i don't have a folder1 in the rar file and as far as i know from PES3 this is where all the names changes are. Can someone please explain to me what exactly i've downloaded (0_sound.afs, 0_text.afs, e_text.afs) and where i can get the option files from without having to download another 500 meg.

I thought the same thing when I installed it, no 'folder1'. Anyway what the hell it worked anyway and its great!
