erm.. i never installed Kitraptor 2.0 cos i've read of some problems about it..

my old Raptor was working good untill yesterday; without any change made in the game, now it gives me this error:

Component "COMDLG32.OCX" or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid"

now.. what can i do?
i only have adboards and ball revolution installed.. and all worked perfectly until yesterday..

i'm afraid of installing 2.0 version cos of the problems i've read... what can i do?

I suggest you uninstall KR1.5, and install KR2.0. Version 2.0 is more stable than 1.5, and offers several beneficial features (10 camera angles, etc.). For what it is designed to do, Version 2.0 works fine.

Many of the 'negative' remarks made about it, have been made by young persons who: a) are too ignorant to understand the limitations of KR's designers; or b) fail to appreciate that their games were previously 'damaged' by bad patches, prior to installing KR 2.0.
