How should NUFC spend the money?

May be forced to. We are sort of strap for cash and more than 5 million for a defender (latest report put the figure at 7 million) is too good to pass up.

BUT, since Pistone went to Everton, I don't think we'll sell Domi till we have a replacement lined up at least. Aaron Hughes would be the only other defender who can play on the left.

I REALLY hope we could sign Macca. Cort, Shearer, Cordone, and Macmanaman would be un-stopable.

I heard that Macca didn't want to play in England again, but he also says he thinks he can stay at Real Madrid and compete for his job, doesn't realize that Real NEED the cash. But if you can also get 7 mil for Domi find a good 6 mil back to replace him, you can get a class defender for that. With 5 mil left over, maybe to spend on another left back to compete for the job, or a striker to replace the big bad scot.
