I ordered both games through Gamesplanet, had my credit card billed, then they turn around and tell me that my order was cancelled. I am in the US, and have emailed them now a total of five times with no reply as to why they billed my credit card when they cancelled the order. They replied twice, with the same email notifying me that my order was cancelled.
I am now on the hook for $73.45 US for both games and I'm not about to pay them a plug nickel until they remove the charge off my credit card. I am left with no choice but to notify my CC company of an illegal billing.
I'm not sure if anyone from Gamesplanet reads these boards, but I am supremely ticked off and want an explanation.

Contact your Credit-card company and ask them to cancel the payment or dispute the charges.

Well im not sure but i think they charged me before dispatch...i never received the dispatchemail! I received game very delayed! Fu.ck them next time ill do business somewhere else! :f***: :rolleyes: :kader: :(

I'm in the same situation. They have'nt sent me an email confirmation, but they charged my CC immediately.
It's been over a week and still no email confirmation.
I've also ordered the game from a store in the US, it's gogamer.com
It has already shipped and should be here tomorrow.
Once that gets here I am going to ask gamesplanet to cancel my order and talk to my CC company.

I did. I will mail all the relevant copies of emails tomorrow. My CC company advised me not to pay the charge and that they would take care of it. I sent six emails to Gamesplanet but there's been no response since Saturday, not even on Monday.
