I have just entered the pre-season. All of my players were generally tired towards the end of my first season, so for the last month or so they were "Resting" or "No Match".

Now, I have organised various friendlies a month or so before my Serie A campaign starts. I am wondering what training I should use for the weeks leading up to the start of the season.

My normal GK/General/Attackers/Defenders training schedules, Resting or No Match?

ok, i know you asked me on msn, but i couldnt be assed to give an answer :p

So now ill tell you what i do, from the day the last ball is kicked (e.g. in england on... 20th May or whatever) i go to 'manager options' and select no training between '1st June' and usually around '14th July'. I like to give my boys a bit of a rest.

Then when it gets to the 14th of July i put them all back on normal training. I dont use any of this pre-season crap.

TROD.

if you did not set no training in that period, will your player continue training as usual?
