I think crystalpalace is totally right in his observation. If you do not have a connection to the city in some way you are nothing but a front runner.

Now there could be some other reasons besides having lived there, like your dad played for Man U back in the 60s, or something like that, but otherwise there is no excuse, support your home team for christsakes!

Also realize why no one likes front runners. Because when you support a team from another city that makes you basically a traitor...

Surely if you feel passionate about a team that has no real connection to you, your support is more valid and stronger than someone who supports that team just cause they lived or born there?

Daniel probably made it up kewell.He really supports man utd so he can boast that his team won the treble which they did and of course i support them,but that happened 8 mounths ago.now im looking at that season.he just remebers the good bits and "forgets" the rest
