With this, all my players are fit and on 100%, almost all the times, before starting a match.

Strangely enough, if I quit Weight Training I get loads of Injuries

Hope this help, though, I think this schedule is very basic :kader:

Yes, but it seems too hard for players of my U20 squad :(

I'm testing different schedules for them, but for my First Team Squad, and my reserves ones, works nicely

I am still using Daves schedule and it works very well for me. With ok coaches (i play for a Russian team so noone good wants to join my team :( ) i got allmost all of my players to reach full potentail in three seasons. The only thing i added to it was shooting and closing down session for it to be a little more attack. And i dont rest my players after the match day, but i rotate them instead.

I hope it helps u. U can find Dave's super schedule in CM4 forum.

Hmm i might use that, right now i have CH Cleon traning schedule and its doing amazing for my team and most of my player are 95% or higher before the match.

My real problem is durning the match my players get too tired to quickly... i will post pics later. My player after halftime are at 80% or below and at the end of the match some are in there 70&s or lower, is it normal or am i the only one getting this problem?

It's normal, at least for me, and I have no problem with that, in 3~4 days time, they're +95% always, unless they received a knock <.<

I also use CH, and am pushing my players to the limit, and some of them, who have lower stamina, even end at 60 or lower :p They have a hard time resting between matches (2 a week, almost every week), but resting the day after the match helps.

I get surprisingly few injuries, though.

Cleon is the newly appointed mod of the Tactical and Training Tips forum at the SI Games board. He created a schedule, and it works well for a lot of people.

Yea that guy is really good at tactics and training. When i first saw his traning i was like my players are gonna get killed with this extreme traning but it is mostly light until friday thats why i changed the days of what peopel train so my players are not as tired i suggest you do the same as well. It really does help the players though and i hvae few injures like you said. My only problem is during the match that my players get way too tired too quickly, i remember in CM 03-04 they would not even drop to 70%s at the end of the game but in FM they always do.:kader:

My players dropped into the 60s in 03/04 as well. Must be my tactics :)

No, normal tempo, but I have 6 players moving up a line when in possession of thye ball. And those all have forward runs, and run with ball selected.

They move about a bit :p

Don't ever use Liver as a prefix for Liverpool again.

Yea my 3 mids have the same thing, run with ball, forward runs, and my strikeres have the same things as well and they are the ones that are always tired.

Practically every schedule will have high gk e.g. shooting, crossing, heading, 5 a side (small and large), overloading (both). All the technical sessions improve gks.

Whats the big deal? I meant it only in a warm caring way :):) Actually one would be surprised how many fans of Liverpool there are all over the world, in Russia there is tons of fan websites and even pubs that are all about Liverpool (only for u the full name)
