yes I have a question about this program

can anyone tell me how it works

first I load the 0_text.afs file and then ?...

uh... then you open your optionfile and you can make some changes... as player attributes, teams flags, stadium names.. .etc

If there any option with this tool or by another, to change the unlocked aspects for national teams like for example: to change stadimus by default asigned for each country team?.
