it's great that you got to watch 4 WC games, i would kill for that.
yeah but USA sucks at football. The only reason they won against germany and argentina is because they played a very bad side. None of their good players were around. It's good that football is big in the states but there is too much comercial things going there. Way too much advertisement and it messes with the purity and beauty of football.

I think no because in 2006 Brazil should organize WC. And then US has organizeted WC in '94 and must go many years before that US can organize again!

Zidane:

"It's good that football is big in the states but there is too much comercial things going there. Way too much advertisement and it messes with the purity and beauty of football."

Do you mean the purity and beauty of the teams all over the world that put their sponsor's logos front and center on their kits...??. In the MLS the team names go on the front and center of the kits. In any other league in the world...well, Man U. wears SHARP, Inter wears PIRELLI, AC Milan and Bayern are OPEL, PSV is PHILLIPS, Corinthians is PEPSI, everybody in Argentina is QUILMES... just look at the kits...that is comercialization, my man.

I would love to have the 2010 World Cup to be in the USA so I might be able to see the games. Even Mexico wouldn't be so far. But practically speaking, England would be a better venue...

(Germany already has 2006 so I will not push for another German World Cup)

Or perhaps one in France where the hosts can get humiliated before its people =)

This will be the order of World Cups:

2010: Brazil
2014: South Africa
2018: USA
2022: Australia
2026: England

England will get the 2026 World Cup if they bid for it. The other four will be taken by those four countries, in any order...

I don't know who's gonna get the WC in the future, But Uruguay should get 2030. Which better stadium to celebrate the 100 years than in El Estadio Centenario?

Why in Europe? Again? You see : 1990- Italy 1998- France, that means, in the 90's, there were 3 world cups, and 2 of then, in Europe, and now, 2006, in Germany... Africa never did host a World Cup, and when they have a chance, well... you know what happens... South Africa could host a WC, and Brazil too ( my nation)...

No, Mexico has had it twice already. When we tried to bid for it we were rejected from the beginning. Mexico will not have it for at least another 30-40 years.

I think it should be like this:

- 2006: South Africa (corrupt Germans and intimidated Dempsey are discovered and bid is removed)
- 2010: Brasil (it's about time that it goes back there, that's the true home of football)
- 2014: Australia (time to cover new territory and promote football there instead of that Aussie Rules football crap )
- 2018: England (it's their turn, and by then they will probably be a bit more reformed [cough, cough *bs*], so it's time to go back)
- 2022: Argentina (great national team and I think it would be awesome to see it there)
- 2026: Morocco (would be a great site and it could further the tradition to bring the World Cup to all continents)
- 2030: Uruguay (what better place than the birthplace of the World Cup ? I think their wait would be worthwhile and there would be an explosion of football and fun in South America if it ever happened)

I think that's the way it should be. If anyone differs I could care less. We all have our opinions. This is the most politically correct form.
