So, with Barthez now a United player, who do you think will follow him?

A defender like Ehiogu or Campbell?
An attacking midfielder like Rivaldo?
Or what about a new striker, someone like Flo or Bierhoff?

These are all players who have been linked and not my opinion, personally I think Campbell will be United's next purchase.

Post your comments.

How about the new link suggesting that Vieri will be United's new signing with Solskjaer going to Inter as part-exchange? Personally I would love to see THAT happen!!! Heard it on the radio this morning.

I'm a big Spurs fan and I know that Sol Campbell has stated that he wishes to stay at the club for atleast one more year. In one year, he might be forced to make a Bosman transfer.

He also stated that he wishes that the Spurs would purchase more high talented players. They have already signed Sergei Rebrov and Neil Sullivan and hopefully some more skilled players will transfer.

HAHAHAHAHAHA,Vieri to Man Utd ?HAHAHAHAHAHA,Vieri said back when he was with Juventus that he would never play in england until he reaches in his 40's ,he even made a joke that him and some of his teammates are planning to go in england when they reach the big 4 0 .If Vieri he will never play for the national team .Look at guys like Di Canio,Zola,DiMatteo etc...Since Zoff steped in as coach ,he hasnt called those players to play in the national team and even stated that he only chose players who play in italy and not in other countries .

That's Zoff's loss, Di Canio is one of the best strikers in England and definately one of the most underrated in Europe.
