Whenever I finish a game, I press "continue" and BOOM, crash. THe CC has to have something to do with this. Anyone else have this problem? Hopefully I'm not alone here.

Did you make subs when playing a game? When you make subs for a newly created team, the game tends to crash after you finished the match.

i have the same problem ...

I have this problem too mate its feckin stupid!

I have the same problem with any team, if i created one, if i do more than 1 substitution.

Well, maybe I figured something out:

If you made subs, change the game to totally CPU controlled in the last minute. I tried it and there was no crash (I only tried it with one substitute, however). The bad thing of course is that you don't have control over the last minute of the game...but it still might be better than continous CTDs.
