I'm in that season and I'm looking to sign some good youngsters that will become great in like, 4 or 5 years.
I did that with Holm and Mokoena and now I'm looking for others but the problem is, I can't find anyone young enough.I've been reading thru these threads and all the players mentioned are usually over 24 yrs old.

Any suggestions?

2012, that means almost all the players in the game at the start will be 24 and older :S

I think all the young players after 5-6 seasons of playing become randomly generated, so the once that we have in our games might not be the same once you have in yours. I guess you got to look for yourslef. Try using FM scout or smthing.

Just look through all the Under 21 national teams. Especially the ones that you have a league selected in

you can also check the big clubs for future transfers in. They usualy sign young regens with good potential :)

Fm 007, GoldenEye (u'll know u have a "golden" eye when u have the ability to find all the good regens) (H)
