But so they do not cry i will not single them out, becuz there are others in this forum exactly like them, that go on and on, bashing man united and there players, and giggsy if you dare stand up or reply they go on and on about how they didnt say anything, or they come up with dumb points, like glory hunters, and other **** like that. Then there famous response is what proof do you have, what proof do i have to say manu are the best, well lets see does the word treble mean anything to you.

There are only a hand full of manu supporters on this forum that will actually defend their team, and manus players.

I do not want to argue with all Leeds Utd. fans again, but I have my point.
There was a time in this dorum, when there were just two Manchester supporters who frequently wrote messages here. Cantona007 and someone I don't remember.
Here were a lot of Leeds supporters who hated Manchester.
One of the hottest topics was "Why I hate Manchester United".
And that guy really wrote why he hated the team and that Beckham really isn't Europe's 2nd player. Harley from Chelsea is better. That was exactly what he said. Another guy, Arsenal supporter joined and said something like:"I noticed that there are a lot of Man U supporters in this forum. Why do you like Manchester? 'Cause media kisses their asses?" or something like that.
OK, I decided to join and defend the officially world's best team at that point. I wrote something like:"
Manchester is very popular in the press because they won 3 trophies in a year. A lot of people began to support them because they noticed them. Do you think that in Singapore, people knew Arsenal, Leeds and Chelsea? No! They noticed Manchester because they really did well that season. It is just like me at the age of 5; I began to support Spartak Moscow (well, I do not now) just because they were the only team I knew.
Really, Arsenal would get the same popularity if they would win 3 trophies in a year..." and so on.
Then, Kewell the Jewell said that I am a Manchester supporter, not Spurs, as I said and said this:" you only know 4-5 players from your 'fav.' Spurs roster, and you hate Chelsea. How can you hate a team that you know absolutely nothing about?" Also, he told me "if you don't know, you don't speak!!!" just because I didn't know that Spurs and Arsenal had a big rivalry. I really said that I am not Spurs' fan and I am Wrexham fan.
I stopped posting messages because I found it hopeless to tell Kewell and others that it is wrong to hate a team because of jealosity, that Manchester is officialy the best team in Europe and that I know more about Chelsea and I am not an enormous Tottenham fan. Now they expected me to dislike Cantona007 and say that Leeds has the best supporters... 'cause at the beginning, Leeds Fans acted like Cantona is acting now! And, surely, there are more Manchester haters than Manchester supporters in this forum. Just think about it! Maybe sometimes Cantona really went too far, but he defends his team off the Man U haters who really think that Leeds is the best team in Great Britain. Believe me, Manchester is a still potential leader (you all Leeds fans told me to shut up in that topic saying that there is no such ****) with 2 games back and 1 point away from Leeds.
so take care, I still think that Leeds is a young team that will shurely win the treble in the next 5 years at least once.

As far as I see it all of the people here are glory supporters, all of you, I think, live thousands of miles away from Manchester or Leeds or whatever and like them because you saw them on tv or whatever, (well one guy's grandma was from manchester, a tenuous connection, my grandma was from Warsaw but I did not see that as a reason to be Legia Warsaw supporter...)

The fact that you know all the trivia you went to games proves nothing, I have friends who have all the Dallas Cowboys memorbilia and travel the country to watch them play, and know all the history, but they are still and always will be glory supporters, short of actually moving to Dallas.
