I read somewhere that the flags must be saved as bits and have the dimension 128X64.

I did this and when I play the game the flags are white. Can anyone help me?

Where is the best place to save them?

What you need to do is, while editing a team, go into properties and unselect the small circle in the column that says "generic banner"

Save

then try fifa again to see if they appear.
