Anyone with the game already patched and with rosters up to date, can you please make an option file for us people who get the game in a weeks time? Much thanks!

I would assume an action replay would be the thing I would use to transfer the save...right?

Yeah the action replay transfers game saves directly to your hard drive.

at http://www.xboxsaves.com/ you can find an optionfile with updatet rosters. there is also a tool called xbox-saves-manager with which you can transfer the optfile from the pc to your xbox. maybe that helps.

The only one I can find on xboxsaves.com is one for PES4, and it's not very recent.

Question: can the Wolf's PC option file be transferred to Xbox for WE8? That would be ideal.

I don't know about satubito, but I'm asking about the North American WE8 for Xbox. I also have a legit, non-modded Xbox, so I'd be interested in just the option file (that's where the team rosters are kept, right?) instead of a full-blown patch, because I don't want to fool with the hardware.

Still no confirmation from anybody: can the PC option file be used for the Xbox? Has anybody tried this?

I’m in the same boat. Don’t want to fool around with my XBOX too much.
Anyway, Release date is Thursday right? I checked store advertising, and the only store showing a release date for W11 was Target (for Thursday). And it mentioned W11 for PS2 not XBOX.
What’s up with that?

Release is officially Feb. 1st (Tuesday), although new software releases tend to happen on Thursdays for stores like Target and Best Buy. Specialty stores often have them sooner. I know I'll be calling my local Electronics Boutique on Tuesday for sure!

I figured places like Gamestop etc would have it sooner, but I just want to utilize some nice coupons I have (I’m cheap).

well i went through the entire thread concerning wolf's 2005 option file beta, something, something... and he said he would make it in as many different formats as possible. so...

my suggestion is to wait a week, as he's also said it will take several days after the transfer window closes before it's complete (prob. a week from today or maybe more). then if you don't see or hear of an xbox n. american option file, then i suppose you could ask him.

i'm with you all, and i know there are more who are getting we8:i for xbox and would greatly appreciate his option file, so i'm sure he'll be kind enough to help us out, soon as he's done :)

I'd love for that file to be available for the xbox version. I already have an action replay, just waiting on the file :amika:

I have the new "slim" PS2 and I have ordered WE8:I and plan to get it in a few days. I am a bit confused about how I can

A) Get an updated option file,
B) Get kits
C) Get both (probably via Wolf's patch(es).

Things like kits and boots can only be done with a modded PS2 and patching. Option files can be downloaded of the web using an Xport or Maxdrive. There should be a WE8I specific option file available soon.
