Many people would say the PS2 version has a very different feel to the PC version and the Japanese versions have a very noticeable difference in gameplay for most people. I think this is due to the response times, bcause it seems to be a bit slow on the PC compared with the PS2. But yea, obviously they are the same, PRO4 is for the rest of the world kinda, while WE8 is for Japanese people only..
