I agree, Kovacevic played well when he came on yesterday. Inzaghi has scored 19? goals this season but the amount of chances he waste's is unreal.

I don't watch Juve every week so I may be a bit hard on him but from what i've seen, if Juve had a natural predator like Batigol to play alongside Del Pierro they'd be romping the league.

Kovacevic did not play well at all in the Juve/Perugia match you all are referring to. He scored on the garbage from a Tacchinardi strike - the same opportunism that Inzaghi practices.

As it is Inzaghi is still the best partner for Del Piero, and like you say, 4-4-2, until they buy a ferocious new partner (and they won't) I am sure he will continue to be up front with Il Pintorino.

Besides, Pipo dives so well in the box (that's how Del Piero got his PK.)
