I've read some posts mentioning FEd2000 and that it will enable customization of FIFA2000, but what exactly is FEd2000 and where can it be downloaded of the web?

You can edit anything .You can fix players names ,you can add teams in your league or even create teams in the second division .Example ,you can create Napoli and put them in the italian's 2nd division .you can also put players to play for their national teams,example if you think zola is a good player ,you can put him in the italian squad.You can also change the leagues names ,again another example ,instead of having the english league ,you can change it to The English Premier League.One last thing ,you can create more countries like adding Portugal,Russia and all the ones you want without erasing the countries that are already in the game.I hope this helps.If you have Fifa99 ,go to fifa99.net and download the fed99 ,you will have an idea of what the fed 2000 will lokk loike.
