Last time they played it was one of the worst and boring football game ever. It ended 1-0 for Argentina.

Now, let the game be entertaining. And Germany wins ;)

still no Veron in the squard....:( how long had Veron not been called up? I think he is a excellent playmaker with good ball control and passing. Also he is a freekick expert. why doesnt the coach choose him??

I hope Pekerman keeps playing Riquelme over Aimar, he basically got ignored by Bielsa.

I think that Veron isn't in the squad becuase he is viewed by the argentines as a member of the failure of WC 2002 where Veron was nowhere to be found . Besides Argentina has Aimar, Riquelme and D'allesandro that are younger.

this is a joke, but either way Argentina is WAY better than Germany (nowadays).. The only thing that gets me is that Kahn won't be playing. Klinsman has a few screws loose.

You gotta be one of the most pessimistic guys on this planet.

We're only missing Ballack, Lahm, Podolski, Huth and maybe Klose. :(

Probable lineup:

--------------------- Lemon --------------------

Owomoyela/Hinkel ----- Mertesacker ----- Wörns ( C) ---- Schulz

Schneider ----- Frings ----- Ernst ----- Schweinsteiger

--------------- Kuranyi ---- Klose/Asamoah

This would be a very colourful team with Owomoyela and Asamoah. :)

I still don't like how Pekemerman forms the defense, there should be 3 defenders not 4 and 2 go away to never come back like on Kuranyi's goal. Plus that system makes no good for Zanetti, Sorin playing as central midfielder either. Instead of bringing Galetti aimlessy, they should've take away Duscher and bring Coloccini or even Placente instead to make the defense of 3 Coloccini-Burdisso-Heinze or Burdisso-Heinze-Placente and throw the rest forward. The failure on this match was caused for the mess thay made with the formation and the position of the players.:kader:

And last but not least, Heinze must leave "Manyoo" as soon as possible, it's doing no good for him.:kader:

PS: They said that Kuranyi was born in Central America not Brazil.

8 matches under Klinsmann, only 1 lost so far. This match deserved a draw by both sides. Crespo is so brilliant.

Maybe this match will make Pekerman think

Why have i not called Crespo since being coach?

 CRESPO!!!

QYC

Great game by Frings. He plays better for the national team, same with Ballack. Germany had a penalty before the first one that was not called.

Oh and Lehmann:kader: :kader:

Jannes

What Lehmann?

He was playing very well!

QYC
10-02-2005, 12:47:PM
For the second goal, he just stood there in no mans land. He wasnt challenging for the ball nor staying in net. Just froze and watched Crespo. :f***:

Right, considering he woke up on the last 20 minutes of the match the rest of the match he seemed to be asleep. Pekerman should think about not messing with players positions and get a clear defense formation, but besides he's a fine coach.

The referee was terrible he made errors for both sides.
