Could someone explain the meaning of the coloured arrows in the players list during and before a match. They are beside the fatigue bar next to the names.

I have read the manual and find no reference to them.

yes the higher the morale, the better they play, theyll be more determined :)

Funny, I was pulling guys with a red arrow out of the game, thinking that was bad. This is very useful.

BTW. I have had WE8I for a week and it is without a doubt the best video game I have ever played, period.

Been waiting a few years to try this game and I am not dissapointed.

Well if he has a red arrow he should be in the startup cause then he is on fire!

That's a good reminder to sub off anyone who gets a yellow cross injury rather than keep playing him. Even a play on a down gray arrow will be better (probably) than an injured player.
