GREAT! can u plz post the pallettes

they don't have palettes, they're non-editable, so the palette is the boot, open in a gfx prog and save palette if you really want to.

first of all NICE SHOES Pika but i have a problem whit the puma cellerator (gold) i maked a bootpack all boots of you are ok but the puma has studs like mountain climb shoes very spikey, do you know how to fix this problem ?

After you have created the bootpack, check the black zone under the studs on the bmp. It must be BLACK #000000.

On your version the red is too dark, it must be like on this pic. ;) If you can fix that it will be an awesome boot!

The palettes are in ACT format. WePic Decoder has a proper function to import this kind of file

I think you havo to do this steps:

Use We Picture Decoder and load "spike_ee_tex.bin".

In the scroll down menu you have 3 "0 (512x256x8) (non-paletted)" positions, then 9 "3 (1x1x8) (no pixel data)".

I think that you have to import one *.act for each of these 9 positions.

Is this correct?

And you have to do so also for the "spike_gs_tex.bin".

More or less it's correct. The palettes are present only inside the "spikee_ee_tex.bin" file. Inside the bin u have:
- Slots 0,1,2 : Boots' bmps
- Slot 3: Not Editable Palette
- Slots from 4 to 11: Editable Palettes (each slot is for 1 palette color).

You cannot change the palette if you are talking about a non-editable boot; you must edit the original file using a graphic program as Photoshop. But u need proper skills
