I just want to know, how long before the game do you have to announce your squad for the game (CL)?
i got this wack thought: lets say Robben isnt really injured, and he is just kept as a secret. is it possible that noone else would know about it till the start of the game?
just another crack-induced thought :).

the teams have to call the players 1 day before the game. so if Robben isn't called he can't play.

but the starting eleven is announced half an hour or 1 hour before the match, isn't it?
so you don't know who is really going to play until then
For instance Drogba. He will be called for sure, but he will be a starter depending on how he feels.

You can find them on most sports sites such as bbc.co.uk/sport and skysports
