I wanna create a commentary Patch for PES4 with all correct Callnames and fixed some Bugs, i extract the Fifa 05 commentary with bigGui and i have many .dat Files, anyone know a Tool that can open this .dat Files and convert them to .wav,.mp3,.asf or whatever ?

No, they is unsupported :(

not exactly sure what program u can use either.. but u can try asking in the FIFA section ;)
