i was just checking the new screnshoots of fifa2k and they players are bigger!!!!!!

FIFA '99 players are already far too big. Given the size of the players, either the shortest men on the pitch are well over six feet or the pitch itself is only 70 yards long. One of my friends calculated the speed of a PASS coming off the foot of a player at approximately 150 miles per hour, and shots ranging from 100 to almost 300 miles per hour. Apparently EA doesn't seem to get it, their latest statement is that FIFA2000 will be even faster than FIFA '99...

Yeah, I agree that it seems players in FIFA2000 are lot of bigger than those in FIFA99. I was so disappointed last time when the players in FIFA99 are moving so fast you can hardly do some good passing.
I can't imagine how they can make the speed of FIFA2000 even faster! They are just destroying the beauty of the series!
Could the developers watch a few football games and see how people play in the real world?

The player's size is OK. I think the problem is that the field is half of what it should be. (Same for goals)

yep its not the size of the players the problem, but the size of the pitch and goal. Are we crazy its so easy to tell that its too small why cant EA see it, maybe they just watch soccer on the TV and thats why they cant get the proportion right, unless they make some trips to some stdiums for fifa2001 I aint buying it. What should we expect from a soccer game being maid by Americans and Canadians
