First, my apologies if this has already been asked/answered. But is it possible to convert replays saved with a Max Drive into an avi or other viewable movie file? I checked the "Read Before..." thread, particularly about making game play movies, but it looks different to what I'm wanting to do.

any help? Suggestions?

I'll keep browsing in the meantime ... thnx.

you can't, same as you can't convert PC replay files coz they are just data about ball and players positions

you have to use digital camera to record it or TV card/graphics card with TV IN to display your replay on PC monitor
then record it with some recordnig tool like Hyper Snap or Hyper Cam

if I remember well you have to convert it to .wav 22100 Khz, mono, then use one of wav-to-adx tools and then import it over original music with DKZ Studio or whatever

it's been covered few times with details on forum I'm sure but I don't bother to search :P

Okay. I figured as much, but thought I'd ask just in case. Thanks.

Mayor -> Try searching neoseeker for what you want. When we6 came out a few years ago, there was a small tutorial for what you want to do, which I used. I don't know if it's still there, tho. It is 2 yrs on afterall! ;)
