It would be cool in carrer mode that when we lose a league and get to last place we fall down in 1 division and we may win the lleague to get back to elite series. like in fifa 2003. but it may be beter in 2006. But that's avaible on Fifa 2005, example Spanish Ligue, English, French, Italian and Bundesliga. But why others? It would be great many don't even know all the first div. leagues, so i don't think that putting the 2nd Div. Teams would be a great idea
