I was playin ga game of Barca vs Man utd and late in the second half i dribbled with ronaldinho left outside the penalty box, when i wanted to do a ''360'' (just messin around :P) when i hitted the right analog stick something like topright en downleft, and he did something which looked very much like ''elastico'' :D i didnt just do the trick [ ] --> [X] cause i didnt ever thouch them. Somebody else has done this ? i havent had the time to try this myselve in training mode but i am thinking it could be a move which only he can preform.

i've played many times with him and i never managed that. Which game u talking about? I think that there would be a video somewhere with him doing if it was in game. It's going to be IN we8LE. Did you save a replaY?

all the players can do a 360 with the right analog stick....

lonewolf. If you read all the topic u would understand he didn't make a 360. Or then you may read it but you may misunderstood.

Btw not all players can do 360. I mean some players with low driblling they just try to do it and leave the ball or throw it away.

with the right analog you can do all sorts of things. I dont know what elastico means but i do 3-4 kinds of fakes, feints or dribbles with the right combinations.

All player can do them, but as you saud good players manage to keep the ball close to them and not throw it away.

hehe i m talkin about pes4 for ps2.. Its not that i am a pesnoob cause i dont post here often. I play this game for years now and i was so surprised i saw it. I didnt save it, cause i was @ friends house. But there were like 3 á 4 people who play this game for years and they where like : ''wtf'' i am sure it was with right analog stick, and i guess it sounds like what lonewolf is talking about. But i dont know why the tricks arent at pestricks sites... so i am still confused but iam gonna try it again 2day ;)

undertaker. I didn't mean u are a pesnoob. Man i higlhy doubt that you can do elastico in PES4. Jus tlook around the forums. Today with de mul (ajax) i did a dribble (dunno how not stick although) . He move his leg next to the ball and then get his leg back and chip it. But not elastico though,

hi, i am little confused now cause i trained for 20 minutes and didnt do anything like yesterday.... :| i did some kind of feint tho with analog but it was something like the normal one. i hope i will do it sometime again ;)

when runing hold l2 in front of a defender(u havent stopped yet, but ur putting ur foot on the ball, but just not yet), quickly release l2, change direction by 45', press l2 again to accelarate.

then it is classic ronaldo trick:fake stop

i like doing double feet faint: press l2, quicky press down to up, or up to down, u can see u give the ball to ur left foot then give it back to ur right foot quicky.

and step over is so good...if u master the timing ..u can make ur own awesome combinations like : l2 to stop, then step over , then fake pass(double click x key)


and ronaldihno 's quicky shot : l2 to accelarate, and quicly fake pass, then accelarate again, u will have a shot(do not press direction when shooting.

sorry, what do u mean with l2 ? i have r2 for stopping the ball facing goal or do stepovers, end i run fast by using r1 .. but not l2 or sumthing ...

It's R2 be default. Guessed he got confused. (Or he uses L2 instead or something)

The tricks he listed ain't new. Just got to be creative. The stepovers ain't useless if u know how to use them.

wewe, can u explain the quicky shot a bit more so that i can understand it to :P i am from holland and i tryed what u say but it doenst work ? and is it very different from other shots? and can u only perform it with ronaldinho ?! ty

the things he said aren't ronaldinho's driblle. Just some nice dribbles.

@ the last one he said ''quick ronaldinho's'' shot so ....
cause last jear in pes3 DelPiero could ''lob'' a ball like no one else could, end the recoba move only can be performed by players who have weak foot 3 .. so i thought mayb only he can do that shot. Still didnt manage to do it btw..

nah, other players can also perform, u seen ronaldihno's second agaist chelsea?

normally near panalty box , when there are many defenders. otherwose it is not neccesary.

u dribble crosswise, then double press xx, then the defender will go catch ur ball, u press R2, i mean R2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

to accelarate from the defender, then u make a little space there, press shot(dont press direction at the time, and dont press shoot for long) . u ll find the ball can go through defender not bouncing. i just make it looks like ronaldinho's goal, u know.


it is just instant tricks i made up myself

if u wanna do pretty tricks, u have to go up a level
observe opponent's moves.

when u in front of penalty box, double or tribble press R1, it is more effective to dribble in , then shoot

R2 is the key, and wid R3, u can make many more strange moves.

try R2 and R3 direction at the same time.

step overs are awesome...

then how do i set the ball up [with out a cross] so that the ball bounces about at the 18 line so that ur forward can come and volley it? or give him a "tap" ball so that its in the air so that the forward can volley it?
so basicly how do i volley w/ out crossing the ball?????

i want korean forward lee dong guk to be able to volley like how he does in real life
i wanna do that w/ lee dong guk the korean forward who seems to volley every ball and make it in the net and it looks great!
