what is going on in the african champions league. This past week has been eventful firstly the match between Kaizer Chiefs and another team. Their goalkeeper had a bayern munich goalkeeper kit on with 1 and kahn on the back. worst of all it was fake. Then on Sunday ajax played a team called Yennega fc from Burkina Faso. The team didn't bring an altternate kit and were forced to go out and find another one. They came back with South Africas home kit and just stratched out the logo and the flag with black koki pen. SAFA is furious as well as the public of South Africa. They are saying they scratched out the logo and the flag but SAFA are saying they defaced the logo and the flag.

Sometimes it's hard to tell the difference.

Haha this reminds me of this one match in the South African league when Kaizer Chiefs(one of the top teams I should point out) had just transferred a player the day before from another team. Apparently they transferred him so late that they didn't have time to get him his own jersey :| so they ended up pasting some paper over another player's name and number on a different jersey and scribbled his name on. It was classic (H)

it doen't happen in South Africa, here it is very profesional. almost every team in the PSL have sponsers as well as the second division. To nird te african champions league has been oing on for about 10 years or so. This stuff is always going on in the other countries. The worst team on the PSL is sponsered by Mercedez Benz of all sponsers. Also Vodacom the one that sponsers chiefs, pirates and bloem celtic is part of vodafone. I cant find pics of the Ajax Yennega match it was really weird seeing a team from another country wearing my home countries kit

here is the kit worn by a real south african who has worked very hard to earn the rights to wear the south africa kit.

http://img8.exs.cx/img8/4909/southafricareal2je.jpg

see they both have the protea on the right shoulder, the yellow stripes down the arms. The green detail on the shirt and the south african logo, you can even see it blacked out.

ROFL, thats pretty odd, they should of just worn matching tshirts instead of defacing other jersey.

SouthAfrica fan

yes thats right but its weird the african champions league starts in January and ends in December.

in other news South Africa beat Uganda.

another weird thing in african soccer last week when orlando pirates were supposed to play ajax ct but it was postponed because pirates whole team but 2 players caught the stomach bug. Even the coach caught it, this was the match right before the yennega match. Ajax really are going through some weird times at the moment

I went through my files and did some research for you

Name:Lebohang Mokoena
Date Of Birth: Diepkloof,Soweto-29 September 1986
In his first year last season he played 11 games and scored 4 goals. He has played with the South Africa national U17 and U20 teams. He wears squad number 23 and plays striker in front of Vilikazi. His contract with Pirates ends on the 31/7/2008

what is benedict Vilakazi's rating he also plays for Pirates.

Also what is the game like. Does it have both south african leagues, the PSL and the Mvela Golden League

Ok it has the South African league :) The only league from Africa in the game it is the Premier League and First Divison of the South African league that is playable. That is the only leauge that is available in the game is the South African one and the First Divison and Premier Leauge are playable i dont know if that is what you ment by PSL and all. :)

This is kinda off topic but there is a forum for FM talk if you wanna know more info. I will also check Vilakazis stats and all. If you are interested in this game i sugged you download the demo first.
