Anyone know of a patch that includes the champion/runner-up soccer clubs for all the countries around the world?--to be possibly played in a world championship club competition?

Yeh, coarse there is, there are club championships and all that! not sure about the runner ups, try going to www.fifagaming.com/fifa98/
they have the most fifa 98 downloads! with all new and special leagues and teams, everythings there! try it, click on downloads

but i rekon its easier to make your own league or special league with Fed98! plus you can make your own teams, even if there not on Fifa 98
