OK HERE'S MY PROBLEM I EDIT THE TEAM IN TEAM MANAGEMENT LIKE THE LINEUPS AND FORMATION AND THE NEXT TIME I TURN ON THE GAME IT RESETS TO DEFAULT AND YES I SAVED THE TEAM.

Which Team Management did you use? The one from the Main menu or the one within the Team Select?

BOTH GIVE THE SAME RESULT....THE RESET

Maybe your team management limit is filled(?)...

No actually I just had the game for about 3 weeks and used team management only about 5 times during the 2 weeks.

ONE MORE THING, EVERYTIME IT RESETES TO DEFAULT AND I TRY TO RE-EDIT IT. IT SHOWS A MESSAGE SAYING "YOU MUST RESET A TEAM BEFORE YOU CAN EDIT ANOTHER" AND I RESET A TEAM THEN IT SENDS THAT SAME MESSAGE WHEN I TRY TO EDIT A TEAM!!!!!

Then your Team Management limit is filled! :)
If you haven't used the editor yourself then you must have installed a patch which had edited Team Management. Just reset a team before you edit another and your problem won't be.
