I wonder if anyone knows of a way to add new comment-sounds for player names to FIFA 98 RTWC? I know that you can add comment to players that aren't commented if another player with the same name is.
Is there a way or an editor that can deal with the pbk-files?

What I mean is, is there anyway to convert sounds to the .pbk format?
