Was that EA Radio thing (or whatever its called) necessary in Season mode? :| What the hell are EA on? is that supposed to be something entertaining?

i hated this radio thing while playing the demo...but it aint that bad!! But EA should have put an option to turn it off.

The game is awesome...just got the full version and i am at mission 33 with Man utd. still on semi-pro but hope to move to pro shortly. Gr8 work EA !!

Most everyone thinks this game is pretty good... usually we all just bitch (including me of course)...
You guys are starting to make me think this game is worth buying... NOT! I understand though you guys like playing with European clubs. I wish they had included the S. American cup (Copa Libertadores) in the game.

Well I am a huge fan of WE/PES games.. I never liked any of EA's sports games but I am really enjoying UCL05.. So yes I think its definatly an improvement from EA Sports :)
Anyways my point was that this radio thing is annoying because of the crap they talk, they could've made this radio talk thing to talk about the team result of the previous match and who scored for example.. Or anything other than stupid comments like "Hi am just calling about the offside rule.. What a complete joke!" :| or whatever they say..

Is it true that the game is not coming to the US?

Oh and please tell me who made the game. In other words, what branch of EA (EA Chicago, EA LA, EA Canada etc.). It doesn't sound like EA Canada made the game. They are not capable of being creative like that.

i saw the credits and it says the game is made by EA Canada ! :)

Completed the game and its excellent....the final is presented nicely. The situation mode is also a gr8 touch. I could only unlock 22 items.

Anyways....the point is, this game has replay value...kudos to EA :rockman:

Wow, EA Canada developed it? I am very surprised (very). Anyway, I’m glad they finally woke up a bit. It really sound like a good change of pace from the usual.

But is the game coming to the U.S. or what?

I just gave this game a go... and tbh, i can't see why everyone says its great?!!

The players feel like they are on skates..... the ball feels like a balloon...
the only thing better in this game is the way AI attacks... (no longer straight down the middle everytime)....


Also, what is teh point of creating players if you cant use them in season mode??

This game is great ,hope fifa06 can be better. but please bring back the radar. And hope tatics is more flexible, like a manager game.

Huh??! (:/) Are you serious? I used to play FIFA but it was the crap gameplay that drove me away and now I'm a WE/PES slappy.

I heard that FIFA 05 was an improvement too but I tried that and it still couldn't sniff Konami's jock. I'm not trying to start a flame war here. I'd like to know just how much this game has improved over the previous FIFA. Is the gameplay still scripted?

CL is defenitely an improvement over fifa, its nothing huge, but theres something there. for instance, there are more wing backs running up to attack like cole, neville, etc.

Its not great at all. It is better than Fifa 2005 and its more like a relief after you have been playing Fifa05 for weeks. However the scripting still frustrates to buggery so Ive binned it and am back to PES4. Yes PES4 does have frustrations and is not perfect (dont have th fanboys convince you it is). But its less frustrating than this.
