If you are talking about national teams they're all in there... (Atleast almost all teams).

i know there's heaps and heaps of national teams - but what are they? coz with fed2001 someone (me maybe) could fill in the 63 teams left in the rest of world section in fifa 2001, and if all the national teams are in RTWC it could help a lot. (also some clubs should be added - FC Porto, South Melbourne, River Plate, etc.)

Just download the Official FIFA RTWC Update Version 3.1 and FEd98. Both files can be found from my site.
Create a folder called FIFA98 and unzip the FIFA RTWC-file into that folder. Then install and start FEd98 and specify the FIFA98 folder.
Then you can check which teams are included.

All teams with player names in the form of X. Xxxxxxxxx are updated with correct rosters.
If you use my update as base for your update please include my name and a link to my site in your readme file.

Note: You won't be able to add all national teams since FIFA98 has more than 160 national teams in total...

And whats more FIFA now has 204 international teams affiliated some 40 odd more than FIFA RTWC 98 which doesnt include countries such as Andorra, Mali, Central African Republic, Mongolia, Guam etc!! :D

I believe that is correct, yes.

To be exact, FIFA RTWC 98 includes 172 national teams and 189 club teams.
