There has been a rumour that Ruud Van Nistelrooij is going to play for Arsenal next season.
Is Van Nistelrooij the right player for Arsenal?

LONDON, Feb 16 (Reuters) - Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger's problems increased on Wednesday when Dutch winger Marc Overmars
hinted he would quit the English premier league club unless they qualified for the European Champions League.
Arsenal's title challenge was dealt a severe blow on Sunday when they lost 1-0 at home to Liverpool and slipped to fourth place in the table.
Overmars reacted to the on-field slump by saying: "I may not be an Arsenal player next season. That will be decided by what
happens on the pitch. "I am used to winning something every season. I want to win
the Champions League. I want to play well in the best period of my career. I'm 26 and probably have four good years left," he
told The Mirror tabloid.
Sunday's defeat prompted Wenger to say he would run the risk
of upsetting several coaches of national sides by advising his players to skip international friendlies.
Arsenal's campaign has been badly hit by the absence of key players, including Nwankwo Kanu who has not played for his club
since January 9. He has been playing for Nigeria in the African Nations' Cup.

Several clubs have been interested in him including Arsenal city rivals Chelsea, it looks like he's gonna be leaving Holland but to which team and which country is still up in the air.

Ruud confirmed that he is coming to England... whether to Chelsea or Arsenal is still up in the air... I also read PSV are looking to possibly get Flo or Bergkamp as part of a player-exchange deal

Arsenal already have 5 good strikers don't they?, Henry,Bergkamp,Overmars,Suker, and Kanu. If Van Nistelrooij goes to Arsenal does anyone think another striker might depart from Arsenal?
I heard of an exchange of Van Nistelrooij with Bergkamp, but I think that's unlikely.

no. 2) i am an Arsenal fan and think that if van Nistelrooy is prepared to bring down his wages a little than he will certainly come to Arsenal. If he doesnt want to bring down his wages, its unfortunatley to Chelsea or manure (the team who r top of the league, SHAME!!)
