This seems like a good idea, but isn't the whole point of having to register so that we can tell who has been beaking the laws of the forum, and so not punishing all users of that username. I feel that it would be better if instead of just putting the details of the account on your site, that you asked people to E-mail you for the password, so that at least you have a list of who is using the account.

Hope you don't think I'm being picky, but as I have found in other forums, once registeration is not compulsory, you get people posting some ridiculous topics, and the insult levels rise.

Yes that's possible but there is always the possibility to delete the user... And if what you pointed out will happen, I will delete the user just as it says on the site.
