And what settings get you the best realisitic games and stats?

You can start with Ajax, PSV, or Santos. They are all fantastic clubs with star players such as, van der Vaart, O' Brien, Robinho, Ricardinho, Cocu, van Bommel, J.S. Park, and Alex.
