I went into Edit mode for PES 4 PC, and I wanted to create the English Championship teams. So I used a team but when I went to do Sunderland or QPR I realised that the strips available did not include shirts with stripes. I herd theres a way of inplementing Fifa kits in or being able to create the strips. Please if there is anybody out there that knows the proceedure please advise me. Obviously if I get to do it then I will provide these kits for all of you.

You cannot do it using edit mode.
You have to patch your game. Try one of The Wolf's patches.

you paint kits in a paint package and can import with some of the tools found on this site. Looking forward to seeing your creations.
