ROSTER: A

Real top notch work, you got all the most important players in and that's what's important, you did miss Pablo Islas (Stk) in Nacional, he's a starting liner next year...

KITS: D+

Well, this really was a bit of a shock to me. Nacional is okay with the white shirt althoug the sponsor is fila, I was also hoping you would use the kit I sent you. Anyway Nacional isn't the problem, Penarol is, the kit, is like Argentinas, with stripes, the color is okay so are the shorts but the kit should be changed...

LIKENESS: C-

Again, in general it isn't that bad, i'm partly to blame, since I couldn't find sites with pics. I would like to help you out in this area for the next update you do.

RATING: C

This are okay, but let's be realistic, if Nacional and Penarol were that good, I would brag a lot more than I do. Lowering them would be a good idea.

OVERALL: C+

The fact that you included them should give you an A, but since I wa the scout I'm giving you C+, because there's alot of work to be done with it. I would really like to help you out in this part, at least with Nacional and Penarol. Don't feal bad and hate me because of the ratings I gave you, Uruguayan teams are hard to do by anyone that isn't Uruguayan. Again take this in only for Nacional and Penarol, I took a look at the rest before coming and it looks very good, I also have a few kits you may want to use, I saw you didn't have a very accurate one of Slovenia, I do.

Why my name is on your kit is because I had to edit and change colours on it to get it in the game correctly. I just put my name on every kit I have edited.
If you want the Uruguayan teams better, you have to help me, I am Swedish you know, and CM has almost no info at all on those teams, and I know very very little about them...
