No need to have ever doubted Dudek's class - he's been one of the best goalies in Europe over the past few years, we just didn't hear too much about him because he was playing in Holland. He's been Poland's number one for years and led them to World Cup qualification for next year. He even apparently was voted as the best keeper in Europe a few years ago.

While I'm sad to see Westerveld leave - I always liked him and he seemed like a very nice bloke always acknowledging the fans - but I think in Dudek we have a better keeper. And what an understudy in Chris Kirland!!!</STRONG>

welcome back neutral.. it has been a while since we last chat about liverpool and having you back in SG really lighting things up... ;)

i understand that dudek is a much better keeper than sander it is only that we never saw him play prior his transfer to liverpool and the first 2 matches wasn't helping his confidence as well, but with the two saves he made today well really boost his confidences. and i must said Chris Kirland will be the future for liverpool..

another thing that impress me a lot was riise played really well on the left side and looks like the buy of the season with his running...

well it's a good job they got that win coz another defeat, would've made it 3 in a row, & vs The arch rivals aswell could have put Houllier in some trouble
