in the display settings in the pause menu ingame you can turn it off.

i can send u new file (without in game radar) if u dont want in game radar.. i dont like radar too... pls check below image...

extract zip file..Open e_text.afs with AFS Explorer or Graphic Studio.. find 'game_2d_e.txs' file.. import no radar file on this... (maybe need rebuild afs)
