Yes I got them but I was not able to make the program work for both FIFA 2005 and UCL. Sorry !

Use the sd.exe from a dos window. The program provides its own help.

Yes, you can do it using a big file manager, e.g. bigGUI. You should extract both .hdr and .dat files

I don't know if I have undertsood your question. To install the patch follow the instructions of the html file included in the package. Let me know if you have further problems.
