First of all, I LOVE Fifa. Now, onto my idea. I see many times, that teams wear their away shorts with their home jerseys, so that they can tell the teams apart better. I think it would be fun if FIFA let us Pick between home/away or mix & match kits from the home and away kits, for that particular match. It is a simple request, but would make it more fun for those of us who use the xbox and cannot download a simple file to customize things. Thanks!

Sorry, Soccerboy, but this is pretty useless idea. Nobody would really care for it. I would like EA to focus on more important thing... :ewan:

Well Aleex obviously you are speaking for yourself, well anyways if they do it in real life then why not in the game plus if its a simple thing to do then why not do it. I mean its the big things that make a game awesome but its the little things that makes a game amazing!

He's got a good idea. How hard can it be to do this? It would add more reality to the game since the pros do it in real life

Personally I prefer when Bolton wear the navy shorts with the home kit, so I support this idea. (H)

May I remind you of this:

Article 6: Post Boosting:
Its Quality over Quantity here at Soccer Gaming. Pointless threads or posts will be deleted and people trying to Boost their Post Count will be warned if the offense is repeated over and over. Severe cases of post boosting will result in your post count being slashed in half or more or will result in a Yellow Card. Meaningless replies that convey nothing but the obvious can also be deemed as Post Boosting.

Well its true gameplay really should be improved, but I think that we've have beaten that topic to death now so why not give out more ideas like this one that might someday make it into the game. Well It was a big hassel figuring out who's on your team when both teams are wearing practically the same colors. I think this feature would benifit this and like I said if it doesnt take too long to customize your kit before the game then why not.

Actually I think this is a great idea. I feel that the more options we have over controlling the look and feel of our match the better.

To take this a step further I'd like to see home, away, third (for the teams that have them) you could mix and match betwen. Also let us choose our GK kits (I hate it when your keepers kit looks like the other team), and definitely let us select the ball to use.

Little touches like these are all relatively simple. The mechanics are already in place since we can switch between home and away kits. Give us more flexibility EA, please!

Just a little less than two months left to wait!

Peace out all.

Well thats true about the ball, I don't know how many times I stressed about that, I mean we could chooser the stadium, kits, subs, weather but why not the ball? I mean look you said its fairly simple to do and like I said its the little things that make the game awesome so why not add that in.

Guys it is FIFA06 forum not "What I want to see in future FIFA series". I bet they will use last kit template for PC vercion, so there not a chance they will put mixing feature in :nape:

Well since we don't know practically anything about FIFA 06, you never know all this could be in or they could possibly add it in. I dunno about you but im talking about FIFA 06 in a FIFA 06 thread not about FIFA 07 or whatever. All these ideas are related to 2006 so I have no idea what your talking about.. :nape:

Rport, I am hust talking about that all the features we are talking about now will not be picked by EA imidiatly and 100% would not be put in to FIFA06. It is almost imposible now just 2,5 month before the release of the game to start adding some major features. Expecially knowing how lazy they are :nape:

All they do now are fixing all the bugs, problems etc... plus adding missing faces, kits, etc... They at least need to release a bugless game, you know :jambo:

True true they are quite lazy, I agree with you on that... :funny:

But well your also right plus this would be great fro this year but then again im not seeing it happen unless they suprise us... ;)

I totally agree that you should be able to choose the ball you play with...in friendlies. But during the season (in real life) the type of ball depends on the sponsor of the home team OR what league the teams are playing in. For example, Inter Milan are sponsored by Nike and therefore during home games they use a Nike ball. But when they are away, say at Roma, they play with a diadora ball (Roma's sponsor). But I support the idea that we should be able to choose the ball
