Ok. Cigman, Polevo Team, Kinas, Dap, all these great face makers have made real peaces of work. But the thing is that i dont wanna repleace faces of the game so who can help me... Please do so. I know its with EditPESOptionFile but is there a way to do it without replacing a already existing face?

there is no way, you have to replace existing faces.

btw Ma$t3r_Ph!l - you need to change the size of your sig before you get bollocked by the mods, the limit is 300 x 100 pixels.
